This water park is adventure-focussed and will be the first of its kind in the world. Project also included a 10-lane bowling facility, a family entertainment centre and restaurants.

Evaluated the market and determined what attractions could be built to increase visitation to the venue year-round. Cascade Skyline Mountain Park

Wonderbox – Moment Factory, Montreal

Market Potential Assessment

  • Select Contracts was engaged to produce a third-party concept review and market analysis for a 15,00sqft Wonderbox experience installation from Moment Factory in the Montreal market. The purpose of the study was primarily to identify the project’s feasibility from a financial and operational perspective, while estimating the potential attendance to the installation as planned. The experience includes 15-20 unique rooms/transitions throughout the experience, with a free-flow experience path allowing guests to choose their own route/exploratory adventure.
