Next, we conducted an in-depth assessment of the resort’s current situation, evaluating its strengths, weaknesses, and potential growth areas. Building on this foundation, we conducted a Full Market Study to identify market size and opportunities. We then created a Component Matrix to provide a clear plan for component inclusions, followed by block master planning to ensure these components were well integrated into the resort layout. Finally, we engaged in Financial Planning to align the project’s goals with its budgetary considerations.
