Select Contracts was engaged to produce a preliminary ten-year financial plan, aiming to guide the project’s fiscal aspects and to design an operational structure that aligns with the chosen project components.
The financial plan delivered for this project addressed the following:
- Development Expenditure Budget: We utilized our knowledge to create an initial capex budget, incorporating estimates for building and construction costs. This budget encompassed the main component elements, equipment costs, professional services, installation, and pre-opening expenditure.
- Draft Operating Budget: We drafted budgets, complete with estimates for staffing, consumables, marketing, repairs, and renewals. Additionally, we prepared budgets for main operating costs from the day of opening onwards.
- Draft Revenue Plan: The draft revenue plan outlined the projected revenues of the project from its opening. This plan also detailed other potential revenue streams for discussion and inclusion in the final draft.
- Cash Flow: We predicted ten-year cash flows as part of the financial assessment, extending down to the EBITDA level.
