With an impressive record of managing highly profitable multi-site facilities, Darren brings valuable knowledge and a profound reputation. Before joining Select Contracts, Darren controlled the operations of the entertainment, retail, leisure and F&B for 36 holiday parks across the UK, working for the internationally renowned Bourne Leisure, as an essential part of their senior management team. Managing the operation of parks all over the UK, Darren was entirely in control for setting park budgets in all areas, giving him budget responsibility for more than £100million in turnover and over £45million of profit with over 5 million customers a year going through his operations. With a myriad of experience in managing the operations of multiple leisure and entertainment facilities, combined with a head for revenue focused management and a proven track record, Darren has the vast skill set necessary to both advise from an operational perspective during design and build out, and to lead the operational phase of any Select Contracts project. Darren ensures that all Select Contracts facilities are effectively managed from construction handover, through the pre-opening phase to grand opening and on-going operations. With a hands on approach and an eye for detail, Darren ensures the upmost operational efficiency and maximum revenue potential for projects.
